For over 46 years, Cape Cod BMX has been bringing excitement, personal growth, and family fun to the Cape Cod community through the Olympic sport of BMX. Cape Cod BMX provides quality, affordable, and family-oriented entertainment to the community while setting the stage for memories that will last a lifetime. 

With the support of the Town of Sandwich and the local business community, Cape Cod BMX relocated to 65 Quaker Meetinghouse Road in 2021. Over the years, we saw wonderful new additions to the track including paved corners, a warm-up area, and our Registration & Concessions building. In 2023, we hosted the New England National. We are excited to start our 2024 racing season and continue growing while providing a robust program and facility that will be an asset for generations to come. 

Cape Cod BMX, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is operated & maintained by an enthusiastic group of volunteers, is dedicated to the youth of the community. We are an inclusive program that is focused on promoting community development, a healthy lifestyle, and an appreciation for the outdoors. We strive to make cycling accessible to all and ultimately provide a world-class training facility attracting local, regional, national, international, and professional riders. We have developed top ten national and international riders through our program and have been instrumental in the development of BMX in the Northeast. At Cape Cod BMX, no one sits on the bench! 

As one of four BMX race tracks located within Massachusetts, Cape Cod BMX’s race season runs from early spring to mid-December.

In 2024, Cape Cod BMX will be offering several special events including a BMX Summer Camp, Recovery Rides & Military Appreciate Day, as well as participating in fundraising events such as Race For Life (Leukemia & Lymphoma Society fundraiser) and Warnicke Scholarship races.

Because of the growth Cape Cod BMX has shown this past year, we were selected by USA BMX to host the 2023 New England National Event in August that brought 3,000 riders and families to Sandwich from all over the country. Cape Cod BMX will be the site for the 2024 Massachusetts State Final.
