Our BMX training program will bring our riders from the beginner BMXer right through to National BMX contender! Our program is designed to not only teach BMX skills and training but the importance of self confidence, leadership and community value. At Cape Cod BMX our focus is building a “Complete BMX Athlete”.
These classes will be held as needed on Monday nights from 6:00 – 7:30 pm taught by Pete Martone and Matt Brooks. This class will cover a day at the racetrack starting with registration, how to read the moto board, what to expect in staging and gate techniques such as balancing in the gate. This class will also take parents through the critical volunteer opportunities for the track. It is mandatory that all riders use flat pedals in this class. Once your rider has shown proficiency in these areas, your rider can progress to Next Level BMX Basics. Class Limit 20 Riders
